Vios of the month: Stage 1 - Marky18 |
|

We were ablaze with excitement the day we closed a deal on purchasing our vios. September 26, 2006 was filled with happiness as I drove away with that once stocked car. In less than a year, with the support of my wife and the enthusiasm to make our car look better, I was able to fully modify it. Just like everybody else, we treat our car as part of our family. I make sure that it will always stay as clean as possible by getting it washed whenever it looks filthy and getting it waxed at least twice a month. But all of these will not be possible without the help of my fellow VCPians. Their opinions and suggestions are probably the reason why my vios looks what it is now. Continuously gaining friends is what really makes me contented with my stay as part of the VCP family. Thanks for the brotherhood and more power to all of us. |

Vios of the month: Stage 2 - Wengerts |

My baby Vios was the very first 2006 model in VCP. This is a daily-driven car on a regular home-work-home route and a very reliable partner in the traffic in terms of fuel consumption and performance.
This car is focused on the Euro set-up, though the Vios is not released in Europe and originates from Thailand; it is foreseen to be an all-time favorite when it comes to exterior looks and profile. Vios' exterior is customized to comply with the 'Euro specifications' imposed in the European continent: fog lamps, rear fog, map light (DIY’d by my husband), Soluna badge, TTE emblems, and headlight washers. I also replaced my stock wheels with the Real Racing Model II 15” and a full-wrap skirt to achieve the sporty look. The interior is simple, nothing fancy, everything works for their purpose. Having joined VCP in January 2006, the club has helped me extend my knowledge of cars, day-to-day driving tips, and car modifications. Not only that, through the club, I was able to find people and friends from all walks of life sharing one passion. The VCP Forums has also been my second home and my temporary bliss from the stress of work. If you own a Vios or at least planning to buy one, I would highly recommend joining the forums and the VCP family. |

Welcome to VCP!

The Vios Club Philippines is a group comprised of Toyota Vios owners with a common objective of providing its members a setting for their unified interests. While our main offerings are maintenance, repairs, and modification tips for the Vios, the club also promotes fun and support to its member through activities and undertakings done in camaraderie and brotherhood. In the beginning... The Vios Club Philippines, or VCP as it is fondly called by its members, is a classic example of a blessing in disguise - a spin-off that turned out better than the original source. The group's birth was the outcome of what started out as minor disagreements within the first available forum for Vios owners and people who were at least interested in getting a Vios. Apparently, some of the registered users were mere individuals who were using cars manufactured by a competitor of Toyota, and just joined in the discussion boards to spite the growing number of Vios followers - owners and would-be owners alike. This grew more obvious as the arguments got more heated... |
